Jaboulet Secret de Famille Viognier is a monovarietal wine made from Viognier grapes, a variety not widely cultivated in the Rhone Valley. The vineyard is located in the region of Mont Ventoux, in a sunny area. It is made according to traditional vinification, and once fermented it ages on its fine lees for 6 to 8 months.Jaboulet Secret de Famille Viognier is a dry and fruity wine from the south of the Rhone, with mineral and bakery touches and a medium body and acidity. Jaboulet Secret de Famille Viognier has aromas of flowers, white fruit, peach, mango and pineapple, accompanied by salty touches. On the palate it is fresh and balanced with sweet base notes.
