Drostdy Hof Natural Sweet White

The grapes were hand-picked from a selection of the top vineyards in the Western Cape. A variety of vineyard sites on different soils and slopes are used to produce a wine that is accessible but at the same time offers complexity. All the vineyards are irrigated. Clear and bright yellow colour with fruity aromas derived directly from the grape varieties. A delicate, fruity wine, crisp with a sweet finish. An ideal wine for lunchtime complementing light summer salads and snacks.
