Key ingredients:
- Angostura® aromatic bitters
- Sparkling wine
- Passion fruit syrup
- 5 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- 150ml sparkling wine
- 5 dashes absinthe
- 10ml passionfruit syrup
To create your passion fruit syrup combine equal parts passion fruit puree, water and sugar.
Store in fridge until you are ready to create your cocktail.
When you’re ready simply combine all ingredients in a wine glass… No ice required!
