Since 2001, Pascal Jolivet has engaged a profound reflection on Attitude. The idea was to create a high quality Loire collection not especially from Sancerre area but from the Loire Valley, the best terroir in the world for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Pascal Jolivet’s dedication to this grape led him to a rich region in terms of history and heritage, near the gorgeous Châteaux of Cheverny and Chambord.Essentially composed of 5 plots, our vineyard has been expanded over 30 hectares of limestone and flint since 2016. Attitude is the result of this reflection and of the natural know-how of Pascal Jolivet Domaine. Its identity and its originality give a unique style these Pascal Jolivet wines. This “vin de pays” results from vines planted on the most beautifully managed soils close to the area of the Loire castle, Touraine.
“Attitude” has a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavours, citrus fruits, green appleand kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and elegance. Very pleasant with or without food,in particular with seafood, asparagus, roasted fish and goat’s milk cheese.
